There is that constant thought in my mind of something I need to do but haven’t done that drains my energy and weighs on me. I’ve often used it as a motivator to take action. In other words, I say to myself “the cost of this continuous energy drain will be higher than the discomfort of getting started so let’s go”. Love reading your posts. 💖
Yes, that's so true! Just having a list of outstanding to-do's is an energy drain itself, which can make it harder to get started.
